Warehouse Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team
• train staff and hold them accountable to company policies and procedures
• coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure timely, accurate movement of goods
• maintain an organized warehouse
• maintain inventory records and stock levels
• conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies
• oversee order picking, packing, and shipping
• manage returns and coordinate actions for returned items with the Purchasing and Operations Manager.
