What you'll do

• Conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• enter lease information into software and maintain lease files
• monitor the CRM and follow up with prospects and residents
• provide customer service
• evaluate competitor rental rates and prepare market surveys
• assist with move-ins and move-outs
• receive service requests and administer the work-order system
• conduct facility walk-throughs
• maintain amenity schedules
• coordinate resident events and communications.
