What you'll do

• Supervise warehouse employees processing orders, shipments, and returns
• oversee wire and cable cutting, loading, unloading, picking, packing, kitting, storage, and housekeeping
• ensure policy and safety compliance
• monitor inventory
• evaluate, train, and develop staff
• improve workflows
• maintain shipment and inventory records
• conduct safety audits
• coordinate with procurement and customer service
• resolve operational and customer issues.
