What you'll do

• Handle divorce, child custody, child support, equitable distribution, and related domestic cases
• manage matters from intake through resolution
• negotiate, mediate, prepare for hearings and trial, and represent clients in court
• draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
• coordinate case management with paralegals and support staff
• maintain responsive client relationships
• contribute to practice growth.
