What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads
• conduct qualification calls

• follow up with leads
• send welcome letters
• guide customers through the remodeling process
• coordinate meetings, site visits, and decision points
• prepare conference rooms and the Design Studio
• document customer preferences and feedback
• collaborate on improving communication touchpoints.
