What you'll do

• Schedule new-patient, follow-up, preoperative, PASS, and postoperative appointments
• coordinate procedures, diagnostic tests, recalls, surgical admissions, and interpreters
• collaborate with families and clinic staff
• work with the Operating Room on room utilization
• coordinate insurance approvals
• manage patient records.
