What you'll do

• Respond to all incoming alarm signals in automation software according to documented procedures.
• Notify authorities and contacts when appropriate.
• Log all information into the automation system immediately and accurately.
• Answer a multi-line telephone system.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
