What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• evaluate trade interfaces
• solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes
• collaborate with design, project management, and field teams
• identify value engineering options
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and design reviews
• support bid proposals, budgets, cost reports, and scopes of work.
