What you'll do

• Direct facilities operations across Aspire Rural Health System
• develop and administer programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment
• provide leadership and oversight to managers and other department leaders
• establish, maintain, document, and manage preventive maintenance
• coordinate as a liaison with administrators, contractors, engineers, and equipment suppliers as needed
• manage facility services, policies, and programs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree plus 7+ years, or no degree plus 7+ years and preferred certifications. Preferred credentials include CFM, CHFM, CSP, and CHSP. Flexible schedules may be needed across campuses and shifts.
