What you'll do

• Greet guests and escort them to and from treatment rooms
• provide care before, during, and after treatments
• prepare rooms according to guest preferences and standards
• perform massage and body treatments tailored to guest needs
• maintain guest comfort, privacy, and safety
• clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms and wellbeing areas
• monitor cleanliness and maintenance needs
• replenish towels, water, amenities, and supplies
• report concerns and maintenance issues
• promote services and maintain treatment and guest-preference records as required.
