What you'll do

• Supervise inmates and support detention-center security and operations
• admit, release, search, classify, fingerprint, and photograph prisoners
• maintain records
• arrange transportation
• deliver meals and distribute medication as directed by a medical professional
• maintain sanitary areas
• conduct routine inmate checks
• support safety procedures
• testify in court and attend required training. The schedule rotates between 12-hour day and night shifts every two months
• on-call shifts may be required.
