The Senior Project Manager — Licensed role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with compensation of $110,000–$140,000 per year. SSFM’s work includes high-impact infrastructure and community-focused projects across Hawaiʻi. The role leads multidisciplinary projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. It helps ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, code, regulatory, and permitting expectations while supporting team development and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large multidisciplinary projects
• manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources
• coordinate with clients, stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams
• mitigate risks and resolve issues
• mentor team members
• ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and permitting requirements
• and lead post-project reviews.

Why this role

Active PE, SE, RA, or AICP licensure is strongly preferred; candidates pursuing licensure may be considered. PMP certification is preferred or required within six months of employment. The posting requests 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
