What you'll do

• Prepare meals using planned menus and standardized recipes
• follow physician-ordered therapeutic diets
• comply with CMS, state, and facility food-safety regulations
• maintain food temperatures and required logs
• follow infection-control and sanitation standards
• assist with meal service and tray accuracy
• keep the kitchen clean and organized
• communicate with the dietary manager and nursing staff.

Why this role
