What you'll do

• Provide person-centered supervision and direct support
• assist with daily living and community activities
• support medical needs, medication administration, and appointments
• monitor finances and maintain safe living environments
• oversee budgets, upkeep, equipment, and vehicles
• complete documentation and communicate updates
• supervise staff scheduling, orientation, meetings, and performance
• maintain safe staffing ratios
• participate in on-call rotation
• help plan and implement person-centered plans.
