Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete repair orders involving plumbing, appliances, HVAC, lock changes, and minor electrical repairs
• estimate repair time and scope
• perform preventive and apartment-turn maintenance
• and handle lawn care and winter shoveling or salting as needed. On-call emergency maintenance is required as needed.
