The Warehouse Manager — HVAC role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $50,000–$70,000 per year. Patterson Heating & Air Conditioning provides residential and commercial HVAC service, maintenance, replacement, and installation in the Charlotte area. The manager oversees warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, and parts flow so field teams have the equipment and materials needed for scheduled work. The role coordinates with service, installation, commercial, purchasing, accounting, and company leadership to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse readiness.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse cleanliness, organization, security, and safety
• receive and verify equipment and supplies
• enter, label, and store materials accurately
• stage materials for jobs
• maintain inventory records and conduct counts
• manage stocking levels and replenishment
• coordinate truck stock and local deliveries
• maintain warehouse procedures
• coordinate with accounting and operational leaders on purchasing, job costs, shortages, and priorities.
