What you'll do

• Oversee daily front desk operations and member check-in
• recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and coach front desk staff
• maintain opening and closing procedures
• communicate company policies, promotions, and operational updates
• coordinate with Membership, Training, Kidz Gym, Group Exercise, and other departments
• address and document member concerns
• maintain front desk and lobby organization
• monitor facility cleanliness and readiness
• report maintenance and equipment issues
• oversee front desk products and authorized transactions
• complete staff timesheets and payroll documentation.
