The Outdoor Adventure Specialist — Camp Kaleidoscope, Summer Day Camp role is onsite in Newton, MA, with pay starting at $20 per hour. The role supports JCC Greater Boston’s summer day camp, where staff lead activities for children entering grades K–8 and help campers build confidence. The specialist plans and leads age-appropriate outdoor adventure and team-building activities, while ensuring camper safety and adapting activities to different needs and abilities. Working with counselors and camp leadership, the role contributes to an inclusive, supportive camp experience and helps children explore and build skills.

What you'll do

• support special events and camp operations
