Food Prep Person

What you'll do

• Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to product specifications and recipes
• maintain prep-item inventory and production guides
• label, date, and rotate produce and prepared items
• store food in approved covered containers
• follow the buffet production system and local health department laws
• report discrepancies, spoilage, invoice errors, and waste
• clean and organize prep areas
• assist the Buffet Attendant and guests during meal periods.
