The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Residential Neurorehabilitation role is an onsite, full-time position in Brewer, ME. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports residents recovering from neurological injuries in a home-like residential setting through Rehab Without Walls. The CNA provides personal care and helps residents build daily living skills and independence. The role also supports safe community participation, follows individualized care plans, and communicates observations and progress to families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and ambulation
• monitor residents’ condition and report changes
• support medication observation and medical monitoring as directed
• encourage daily living skills and independence
• maintain a safe living environment
• accompany residents to appointments and community activities
• document care and progress
• communicate with residents, families, providers, and teammates
• follow care plans and agency requirements.
