Field Service Technician II

Job overview

The Field Service Technician II works onsite in Boise, ID, with service performed at customer sites or a service center. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour. What you'll do

• Service equipment and products at customer sites or the service center
• perform contracted preventive and unscheduled maintenance, installations, and start-ups
• install, track, and service heater products
• order replacement products and notify customers or management when replacement is needed
• maintain service tools and supplies
• document preventive maintenance, downtime, issues, and time spent
• maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete required safety training.
