What you'll do

• Own P&L performance
• develop regional growth strategies
• oversee field operations, project execution, dispatch, equipment planning, and workforce utilization
• maintain regulatory compliance and safety programs
• manage explosives-related requirements
• build client relationships and support proposals and negotiations
• review capital expenditures and financial performance
• lead and mentor project managers, operators, estimators, mechanics, supervisors, and support staff.
