What you'll do

• Administer and support Windows end-user workstations
• troubleshoot network hardware and software failures
• manage and support network devices, security, document management systems, Microsoft Office, WAN/LAN, and remote computing
• guide users on software and equipment
• maintain desktop hardware and peripherals
• resolve local and remote hardware and software issues
• research application problems
• and record repairs and fixes in ZenDesk.
