Operations Manager — eCommerce Fulfillment

What you'll do

• Review and approve documents, materials, and products for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards
• confer with supervisors and personnel about progress and changes
• manage open eCommerce orders with partner teams
• evaluate logistics and shipping partners and escalate exceptions
• work with supply chain to reduce backorders and manage end-of-life items and replacements
• develop reporting automation and process improvements
• document procedures and escalations
• partner with data scientists and customer service
• monitor KPI and exception reporting
• support demand planning and delivery-promise messaging
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• and develop strategies to mitigate risk, obsolescence, and aged inventory. A bachelor's degree, relevant eCommerce, retail, or home-appliance experience, and 2–5 years of fulfillment or direct-to-consumer eCommerce operations experience are listed.
