What you'll do

• Greet customers and build positive relationships
• listen to concerns and document vehicle issues
• prepare service estimates
• recommend maintenance and repairs based on inspections, diagnostics, and customer needs
• coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and manage workflow
• explain findings, recommendations, pricing, and timelines
• maintain repair orders, estimates, customer records, and payment documentation
• handle cash transactions responsibly
• stay informed about repair procedures, parts availability, and service recommendations.
