What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with leasing laws and HUD requirements
• coordinate regulatory responses and tenant interventions
• prepare and conduct reviews and recertifications
• assist tenants
• monitor arrears and litigation
• document lease violations and coordinate evictions
• collect rent and fees
• supervise preventive and emergency maintenance
• coordinate vendor bids
• conduct unit inspections and building walk-throughs
• report building needs
• coordinate construction and renovations
• attend financial meetings and monitor budgets.
