What you'll do

• Support strategic planning and initiatives among market managers
• support café operations and talent acquisition, retention, and development
• mentor operations team members
• identify training needs and facilitate training
• support franchise owners and general managers with performance processes and development
• inspect operational and guest-service standards
• address complaints and service gaps
• review sales, marketing, and financial performance
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• use preventive maintenance programs.
