What you'll do

• Open the office at 8:50 a.m. and ensure doors are locked at 5 p.m.
• answer calls and emails and direct inquiries
• work leads to find renters
• place signs and lockboxes on published homes
• review upcoming move-in dates
• complete move-in inspections
• and coordinate key pickups with new tenants.
