What you'll do

• Maintain project files and documentation
• track labor productivity and schedules
• prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• update progress drawings and logs
• coordinate material deliveries, inventory, vendors, equipment releases, and returns
• identify and escalate shortages or discrepancies
• support timekeeping, site meetings, task order breakouts, quantity counts, and closeout documentation.
