What you'll do

• Complete residential repair work orders
• prepare vacant units for new tenants
• perform outdoor and grounds maintenance
• conduct routine preventive electrical and plumbing maintenance
• repair or replace residential fixtures
• perform minor drywall repair and painting
• conduct or learn HVAC seasonal changeovers.
