Quality Assurance Automation Test Lead

What you'll do

• Define test strategy, plans, metrics, estimates, scope, and schedules
• assess risk and prioritize functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• lead and mentor QA engineers
• oversee manual and automated test execution
• drive automation strategy and CI/CD integration
• review coverage and test suites
• coordinate with product, development, DevOps, business analysts, and stakeholders
• manage defects and communicate status and risks.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, six years of software testing/QA including two years in a lead or senior role, and knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum. ISTQB Advanced Level is preferred.
