What you'll do

• Prepare daily meals using approved recipes and menus
• oversee kitchen staff
• accommodate allergies and special diets
• manage inventory and orders
• follow portion and nutrition guidelines
• maintain a clean and safe kitchen
• handle meal preparation, cleanup, and dishwashing
• cover classroom breaks as needed
• communicate with headquarters and families
• maintain food safety and allergen training.
