Senior Business Analyst, AI & Workforce Productivity

The Senior Business Analyst, AI & Workforce Productivity role is onsite in Foxborough, MA. Base salary is $130,000–$150,000 per year, with eligibility for variable compensation. This cross-functional individual contributor identifies business opportunities and translates them into AI-enabled and automation-driven solutions. The role connects business needs, solution design, implementation, governance, and adoption to improve workforce productivity, operational performance, and service delivery outcomes.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders and operational teams to identify AI and automation opportunities
• translate needs into solution concepts and measurable success criteria
• design and deliver solutions using enterprise tools
• build prototypes, pilots, and production-ready solutions
• evaluate architectures for use cases
• establish AI governance standards and guardrails
• partner with Training on change management and adoption planning.
