What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• advise technology companies on intellectual property and contractual matters
• counsel emerging-growth and public companies on commercial transactions
• advise on IP and commercial aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
• conduct IP and contract diligence
• identify and address legal and commercial risks
• collaborate with corporate attorneys and other practice groups
• manage matters and client relationships.
