What you'll do

• Manage assigned market inventory
• source, research, draft, and negotiate letters of intent for leases or sales
• assess projects and negotiate terms
• maintain relationships with commercial brokers, landlords, government officials, and regional employees
• maintain a database for senior leaders
• conduct site selection and market analysis
• prepare market reports
• and assist with financial analysis and presentations for acquisition and disposition structures. Nationwide travel to identify sites and prepare offers may reach 50%.
