What you'll do

• Prepare and plate food to recipes and standards
• inspect food entering and leaving the kitchen
• prepare menu items using frying, sautéing, baking, boiling, and other methods
• set up, break down, and clean stations
• maintain sanitary equipment and work areas
• follow health codes
• label and store food
• assist with prep, expediting, dishes, cleaning, and deliveries as needed.
