What you'll do

• Support sales estimating and bidding
• organize project folders
• review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• perform on-screen takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu
• develop material takeoffs
• obtain and review vendor quotes
• prepare estimate workbooks
• track bid opportunities and activity
• attend project walkthroughs and meetings as required
• provide meeting notes and updates
• follow up on bids, RFIs, and quotes.
