The Floor Care Specialist role is onsite at Grandview Terrace in Sun City West, AZ. Compensation is $17.78–$21.63 per hour. The position supports residents and staff at the Grandview Terrace community. The role maintains carpeted and tile flooring and completes work orders, heavy cleaning, and event setup and takedown. It contributes to a clean, well-maintained facility by responding to resident work orders, caring for public areas, and assisting custodial and housekeeping colleagues.

What you'll do

• Complete work orders or contact residents to arrange appointments
• maintain carpets in public areas, including hallways and lobbies
• vacuum and shampoo as required
• maintain carpeted and tile flooring
• assist custodians and housekeepers
• help move items for residents and staff when necessary
• clean patios and public restrooms
• burnish floors as directed
• set up and take down for functions
• respond to on-call emergencies
• perform other duties as requested.

Why this role
