The role owns safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance; develops supervisors; and works with engineering, quality, supply chain, and technicians to improve production readiness and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own SQDCP performance across Core, Module, and Harness Assembly
• lead safety investigations and corrective actions
• partner with Quality on yield, containment, and root-cause actions
• translate production schedules into staffing, shift, and capacity plans
• manage labor efficiency, scrap, rework, and consumables
• close process, tooling, fixture, and work-instruction gaps
• establish takt, line balance, and flow
• lead production readiness and process transfers
• run kaizen and daily problem-solving
• coach assembly supervisors
• manage staffing, onboarding, skills matrices, cross-training, and technician certification
• coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Product Engineering.
