What you'll do

• Oversee nursing care across rehabilitation and long-term care
• lead compliance with federal and Illinois regulations and prepare for surveys
• use QAPI, MDS quality measures, and Five-Star data to improve outcomes
• lead and develop nursing managers and staff
• manage staffing, labor, and supplies
• coordinate with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and therapy teams
• present to the County Board or committees when needed.
