What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation according to guidelines and production sheets
• plate meals and assemble trays according to diet orders and resident preferences
• follow menus and standardized recipes
• identify therapeutic diet requirements
• raise menu or product issues with management before making changes
• stock ingredients and report low inventory
• clean and sanitize food stations, dishes, cookware, kitchen, and dining areas
• complete assigned cleaning tasks and mandatory training
• maintain confidentiality of patient information.
