What you'll do

• Direct daily banking center operations and staff

• sell and originate mortgage, HELOC, and consumer loans
• make business development calls to current and prospective customers
• coach staff and track progress
• maintain BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC compliance
• manage budgets, security, and operational audits.
