Resident Assistant

The role also supports student development through community programming, policy enforcement, documentation, and regular safety checks.

What you'll do

• Build an inclusive residential community
• maintain professional relationships with residents
• respond to emergencies, facility issues, and behavioral incidents during assigned duty hours
• participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• complete incident reports
• enforce housing policies and safety regulations
• conduct room and facility inspections
• maintain duty logs and records
• assist with hall opening and closing
• report Title IX and Clery Act disclosures
• plan educational, cultural, and social programming
• attend staff meetings and training.
