Lean Transformation Lead

What you'll do

• Lead Lean system implementation and operational performance improvements.
• Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles.
• Identify value creation opportunities.
• Facilitate Kaizen events.
• Deploy Lean tools such as 5S, standard work, and Six Sigma.
• Build internal capability through training.
