What you'll do

• Administer and continuously improve Talent Acquisition systems and applications.
• Monitor inbound requests through ServiceNow, resolve or route issues, guide users through system transactions, and follow up to closure.
• Refine recruiting processes, support HR-led projects, create and deliver system and process training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into practical solutions.
