International Sales Support

Job overview

The International Sales Support role is hybrid in Dallas, TX, with an in-office schedule during standard business hours and up to two remote workdays per week, subject to business needs and team coverage. The position serves as a day-to-day contact across sales and internal operations, helping process orders, resolve client concerns, and coordinate product, pricing, logistics, and compliance information. It contributes to client service and sales goals through accurate follow-up and cross-functional coordination.

What you'll do

• Coordinate between sales and internal operations on product information, pricing, marketing requests, and quality issues
• support customer service, order processing, product transitions, financials, logistics, warehousing, and legal compliance
• respond to showroom and client inquiries
• process international direct orders where no showroom or representative exists
• manage Salesforce leads
• prepare reports and follow up on pending shipments
• help resolve client issues.
