What you'll do

• Oversee daily shop operations from opening through closing
• solve operational problems and improve efficiency
• lead supervisors and team members in hospitality
• uphold checklists, recipes, and operating systems
• oversee equipment maintenance, cleaning, and storage
• ensure food and workplace safety
• manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and budgets
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate staff
• create schedules
• work in the shop five days a week, including weekends
• support business across DMV locations.
