The Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician is an onsite role based in Allen, TX. The compensation range is $18-$25 per year, and this position supports the Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, in providing high-commitment ABA therapy. This role exists to provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, following individualized treatment plans to help children with autism improve communication, daily living skills, and social behaviors.

• Provide direct client care, follow behavioral protocols, collect and record data, assist with parent training, and maintain a safe therapy environment.
