What you'll do

• Support Shopify sites, apps, and commerce technologies
• resolve product, SKU/ASIN, inventory, order, fulfillment, and marketplace technology issues
• use AI, data, and analytics to create reports and identify insights
• train business users and document workflows
• identify automation opportunities
• troubleshoot integrations
• translate business needs into requirements
• coordinate enhancements and user acceptance testing
• support accessibility, privacy, consent, and site governance
• monitor site health and performance.
