Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Bryn Mawr, PA. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The technician maintains and repairs building systems and prepares homes for move-in, helping protect property assets and address residents’ service needs across interior and exterior spaces.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, heating, HVAC, appliance, tile, carpet, wall, and flooring issues
• maintain service records
• renovate homes for move-in
• complete assignments
• perform snow removal and preventive maintenance.
